Just got the new Etap ver 11 and having installation problems. Clicking the Etap icon (after installation) and the program fails to start. Been on the phone with Etap support and even had their support guys remote in (using Go To Meeting) to my pc... they can't find out what's going on. I've been using Etap's ver 7.5.2 with no issues and started out with ver 6.0 long ago, and every upgrade since, all without problems. I asked their support guys if there are others with the same problem and get "no comment" response. So... my question to others on this site is anyone else have Etap Ver 11 problems?

Please continue to work with our user support team to resolve this issue with your laptop. We cannot duplicate your installation problem because of a possible interface by a third-party software in your particular laptop. Please continue to follow the instructions that are discussed with you and we do hope to resolve this problem as soon as possible. [/size]
