Does anyone have a template for an Arc Flash safety policy for a wastewater treatment facility.

IMHO, there should be no difference in safety policies based on the type of facility. 70E lays the foundation for all AF safety. Working safely on a 600 amp disconnect in a WWTP is the same as working safely on a 600 amp disconnect in a high rise apartment building.

NFPA 70E has several Annex's in the document that may help you:

Annex E - Electrical Safety Program
Annex F - Hazard/Risk Evaluation Procedure

etc.
