Looking at a 2017 540i but the Carfax is too clean and it's making me suspicious


Found a 2017 540i M Sport over near Al Quoz that looks absolutely gorgeous with the cognac interior and all the right options ticked, and the Carfax shows nothing but regular dealer visits and zero accidents which should make me happy but instead I'm just sitting here wondering if someone's been creative with the history or if there's a catch I'm not seeing because these B58 engines are solid but the rest of the car has enough electronics to make a small aircraft jealous, and I've heard enough stories about coolant leaks from the expansion tank and issues with the active grille shutters to know that a clean report doesn't mean a clean car, so I'm looking into getting a proper BMW Certified Pre Purchase Inspection Dubai from someone who can actually hook up ISTA and read the real mileage from the DME and check if the transmission adaptations look normal or if the car's been launched at every signal by the previous owner, because I'm ready to buy something nice for myself but I'm not ready to be the guy who funds his mechanic's next vacation to the Maldives, anyone used a specialist around here that really digs into these G30 5 series and tells you what's actually going on under the hood instead of just a pretty PDF with some green checkmarks.
