A large amount of energy reached out and touched the two individuals who are about to tell you their stories. One of them was prepared, but the other was not, for what they were about to experience. Both of these events occurred well before arc flash graced the pages of NFPA 70E. These two individuals experienced an arc-flash event and lived to tell about it.
