I did an extensive search of news sources for the past two weeks and find out the number and type of arc flash incidents that were reported. The following two are what I found.
Second Arc Flash Caused Fire In A Vestas Wind Turbine

Wind Power Monthly reports that "Only shortly after tackling a nacelle fire on one of its V112-3.0MW turbines in Germany in April, the Danish manufacturer has had to contend with another fire, this time on one of its V90-2MW machine in Spain."

One worker was injured by the arc flash.

Two City Electrical Workers Injured in Arc Flash Incident

Two employees of the Cuyahoga Falls Electric System were injured at about 1:15 p.m. last Tuesday in an arc flash incident that occurred on State Road near the Alside Inc. property.
