What is the Main Goal of NFPA 70E Compliance

[/url][/align]High Holborn closed off after electrical "explosion"
High Holborn, a road in central London (U.K), was cordoned off by police after an electrical explosion at a construction site for London’s Crossrail project. The explosion was caused by a worker cutting through an electrical cable. The electrical incident is said to have caused a gas explosion. The worker sustained burns and is being treated.
Three fire engines and 15 firefighters, along with ambulances and police flocked to the area.
