[/url][/align]An explosion on a bridge in Philadelphia was so powerful that it was first thought to have been caused by a bomb planted on the bridge. An investigation revealed that water dripping from icicles cause an electrical explosion through chunks of concrete from one side of the street to the other and left a crater 2 feet deep.
