Yeah I heard about that one, very sad, could have been my crew. Wonder if it was at a vacuum when they opened the sample valve? (Just a WAG)

Seems I heard on one of the earlier reports that they were doing "routine adjustments". Since the lady was with Reinhausen, I figured they were probably working on an OLTC when it happened. I any case it is sad to hear.

This is a reality check for all of us and a reminder electricity is a good servant but a horrible master. Thankfully tragedies like this are the exception and not the rule.
